ACTION AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL

All Government are urged to prepare, before the end of 2026, national programmes of action implement the commitments undertaken in the world summit declaration and caring actions. National Government should encourage and assist provincals and local governments as well as NGOs the private sector and civic groups to prepare their own programs of action to help to implement the goals and objectives included in the declaration and this plan of caring.
