My name is Abbey Ssenoga, Director of Caring Souls Network, a registered charity organization in Uganda (Reg No: 80020001696455).

We are based in Uganda, and we are inviting all four groups to become our partners and sponsors for our humanitarian work among the poorest communities in Uganda, Africa.

2. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO IN UGANDA

Caring Souls Network works in the poorest slums and rural villages of Uganda.

We serve:

• Orphans and vulnerable children – 2.5M orphans in Uganda, many out of school • Starving families – mothers eating one meal a day • Widows and elderly – abandoned grandmothers in leaking huts • At-risk youth – 70% youth unemployment, drugs, crime
  Our programs:
  a) Food and Hope Program – Monthly food parcels for 100+ families
  b) Education for Orphans – School fees ($25/term), uniforms, books
  c) Widows & Elderly Shelter – Housing repair, clothing, medical help
  d) Youth Light – Discipleship, counseling, vocational skills training

$60 feeds a family for a month in Uganda. $25 keeps an orphan in school for a term.

3. WHAT WE ARE REQUESTING – TAILORED FOR EACH GROUP

We have created a partnership model that fits each type of partner:

A) FOR CHURCHES AND MINISTRIES – Mission Partnership:

You fulfill the Great Commission in Africa.

• Church Seed Partner: $2,000-$5,999 / year – Feeds 40 families for 6 months + 15 orphans in school. You get: Certificate, prayers from Uganda, photos/testimonies for your congregation. • Church Hope Partner: $6,000-$12,000 / year – Supports 100 families + 30 orphans for a full year. You get: Quarterly video report, live Zoom update to your church. • Church Light Bearer: $12,000-$18,000 / year (Recommended) – Full program 200+ people monthly. Your church becomes Official Global Mission Partner with annual report and invitation to mission visit to Uganda. • Custom: Special mission offering, Christmas offering, monthly support.

B) FOR INDIVIDUAL DONORS, FAMILIES & BUSINESSES – Personal Sponsorship:

You personally change a life in Africa.

• Individual Friend: $20 / €20 per month – Keeps 1 orphan in school OR feeds 1 family for 2 weeks. • Hope Giver: $50 / €50 per month – Feeds 1 family for a full month + school supplies for 1 child. • Life Changer: $100 / €90 per month – Feeds 2 families + educates 2 orphans + supports 1 widow monthly. • One-Time Gift: Any Amount – $10 to $10,000 – No amount too small.
  Why Individuals Give: Direct personal connection, you receive personal updates and photos of who YOU helped, 100% goes to field, tax-deductible where applicable.

C) FOR GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, EMBASSIES & DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES – Development Partnership:

We align with UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

We are seeking:

• Grants and Funding for food security, education, youth empowerment programs • Official partnership / MOU for community development projects • Capacity building and technical support • Inclusion in your development portfolio for Uganda
  Our Proposal to Government Partners:
• Project Grant: $10,000 – $50,000 for 1-year community program reaching 500+ beneficiaries • We provide: Full project proposal, budget, logframe, M&E reports, audited accounts, compliance with donor requirements, visibility for your government/agency.
  Why Government Organizations Partner: Measurable SDG impact, grassroots implementation partner in Uganda, transparent reporting, community trust, low overhead, high impact.

D) FOR NGOs AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS – Collaboration Partnership:

We invite NGOs to:

• Co-implement projects in Uganda – you fund, we implement on ground • Consortium partnership for joint grant applications • Sub-granting / Local partner – we become your local implementing partner in Uganda • Resource sharing – training, volunteer exchange, best practices

4. OUR ANNUAL BUDGET FOR UGANDA 2026-2027

Total Annual Need: $42,000 / €38,500

• Food for poor families: $16,500 • School fees for orphans: $6,600 • Widows & elderly support: $6,000 • Transport & field distribution: $4,400 • Administration & Compliance: $3,300 • Youth programs: $2,200 • Emergency fund: $3,000
  Even small contributions from many partners cover this entire budget.

5. ACCOUNTABILITY TO ALL FOUR GROUPS – 100% TRANSPARENCY
